Chairman Peng Yinsheng of Shanghai Baofeng Machinery attended the commencement ceremony for the Yancheng base construction and was interviewed by Xiangshui Television.

The commencement ceremony was held concurrently with 20 other projects in Xiangshui County, spanning industries including stainless steel, new energy, electronic information, and food processing. Attendees included Guo Chao, Secretary of the Xiangshui County Party Committee; Lu Wenzhong, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Acting County Magistrate; Shao Liqing, Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee; Tian Guoju, Chairman of the County People's Political Consultative Conference; Xu Jian, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee; alongside other county leadership members including Yang Rongsheng, Liu Gaoshan, Liu Zhongming, Shi Ninglin, Zhou Fei, Li Yi, Jiang Jiawen, and Qian Deqiang.

Chairman Peng Yinsheng joined Guo Chao, Lu Wenzhong, Shao Liqing, Tian Guoju, Xu Jian, and Jiang Jiawen in illuminating the wireless lampposts to commence the project groundbreaking ceremony.

Shanghai Baofeng's Yancheng base is situated at No. 19 Xingang Avenue, Incubation Park, Industrial Economic Zone, Xiangshui County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with factory premises covering 35,000 square metres. Accommodation, canteen, and residential facilities are fully equipped.

With this development, Shanghai Baofeng now operates three production bases: the Shanghai Baoshan base, the Zhejiang Taizhou base, and the Jiangsu Yancheng base.
The completion of this new facility will significantly alleviate production pressure on Baofeng's Shanghai and Taizhou bases, bolstering the company's advancement in the new energy sector.
