Project name: Special drilling and coal freezing project in China

Project scope: Installation of a thermosiphon evaporator, evaporative condenser and piping.

1. An SPL evaporative condenser was adopted. Compared with traditional shell-and-tube condensers, it provided significant advantages: 7.3% energy savings and 35.6% water savings.

2. The use of a thermosiphon evaporator unit increased the evaporation temperature by 3% while maintaining the same outlet water temperature, further increasing energy efficiency by 3.3%.

This series of technologies has brought significant economic benefits to the enterprise. Its achievements have been recognised by the national media and featured in key reports by China Central Television (CCTV).

Project Name: Reconstruction and Modernization Project of the Brewery

Project Scope: Replacement and modernization of the existing old evaporative condenser equipment at the plant using SPL evaporative condensers.

After installing the high-efficiency SPL evaporative condenser, total power consumption is reduced by 12.5 kW. With an average annual load of 8000 hours and an electricity tariff of 1 yuan per kW·h, an annual saving of 100,000 yuan can be achieved.

Auxiliary equipment: evaporative condensers for the solvent regeneration workshop

The project mainly includes 1 set of four-stage evaporative condenser with a total load of 28,874 kW and 1 set of dehydration evaporative condenser with a total load of 21,255 kW.

Tubular heat exchangers are commonly used in four-stage evaporative systems. In this project, evaporative condensers replace traditional condensers, which is a first in the carbon fibre industry. This innovation significantly reduces energy consumption and improves solvent recovery efficiency.

CCUS Peak Load Smoothing Centre Project:

The Taixing Carbon Dioxide Production Plant, owned by Jiangsu Huayang Liquid Carbon Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangsu Dongjin Resources Development Company Carbon Dioxide Pilot Plant, is a subsidiary of Sinopec East China Petroleum Bureau.

With a total investment of 503 million yuan, the company relocated its original carbon dioxide production facility from No. 316 Chenghuang Street in Huangqiao to the Huangqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone in Taixing. The total production capacity is 650,000 tonnes per year, including a newly built purification and liquefaction plant with a capacity of 350,000 tonnes per year and a relocated plant with a capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year. Using gas from the Huangqiao carbon dioxide field as raw material, the project produces industrial-grade carbon dioxide through degassing, degreasing, dehydration, liquefaction and purification processes.

The Huangqiao gas extraction and processing plant relocation project is being implemented and accepted in phases:

Phase I Project: Construction of a 350,000-tonne/year industrial-grade carbon dioxide production facility, a 1,076-tonne/year condensate oil production facility and ancillary facilities. Key components include a 350,000 tonnes/year purification and liquefaction plant, a refrigeration system and ancillary facilities such as a CO₂ storage facility, a loading station, a condensate storage facility, a waste gas combustion plant and a compressed air system. This phase passed the safety acceptance inspection on 20 February 2024, with the engineering systems and auxiliary facilities simultaneously meeting the needs of the Phase II project.

Project name: Project to build a fluorine silicone gas-liquid separator in Zhejiang Province

Project scope: Comprehensive design, manufacture and on-site installation of gas separators and air coolers. Reduction of initial investment costs while increasing separation efficiency in the process system.

Scope of work: Supply of temperature control modules and reactors, design and assembly of a complete system for a specific production process. Achievement of precise temperature control at -20 °C ±0.59 °C, which allows the purity of the product to be increased to 99.999%.

Project name: Project to build a pharmaceutical reactor in Hubei Province

Project scope: Production process at temperatures ranging from -75 °C to -80 °C using HC276 composite material to manufacture a reactor capable of withstanding extreme sub-zero temperatures and ensuring product quality.
