Specialised precision temperature control equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, designed to meet the temperature regulation requirements of batch reactors.
Temperature Control Unit, abbreviated as TCU.
This system integrates existing thermal energy infrastructure (such as steam, cooling water, and cryogenic liquids—the ‘primary system’) into a single-fluid system or secondary loop for controlling process equipment temperatures. This achieves a configuration where only one heat transfer fluid flows into the jacket of the reaction vessel (rather than steam, cooling water, or cryogenic liquids being introduced directly). The entire reaction process temperature is controlled via PID operation.
